WordPress 2.0.5

Last Friday a new version of WordPress was released. It has about 50 bug fixes, including security fixes so should be worth the upgrade. Upgrading WordPress is pretty easy, you just overwrite all the files (other than your config file, but the install version one is renamed as sample anyway so it shouldn’t overwrite). I also have customized my RSS file so I have to be careful not to overwrite it too, or to make the necessary changes to it.

The most important thing about this release to me, is it is a step closer to the 2.1 release. I’m looking forward to the new spell checker.
